Believe it or not, I do not own, manage or work in a high-quality restaurant in Swansea, nor do I claim to be a decent cook of any kind (despite being raised by my father – a fine Italian chef).

I have no credentials. However, I know what I like when it comes to food, drink and atmosphere. Whatever money comes my way immediately finds itself in the till of a restaurant, café or bar in Swansea.

This blog is a collection of my honest opinions on the many wonderful (and some not-so-wonderful) eating and drinking establishments in Swansea. From the fine-dining restaurants in Mumbles to the late-night curries on St Helen's Road, I aim to cover them all!
